Household septic systems need to be pumped out on a regular basis, typically every 2 to 5 years depending on the size of the system and the number of occupants. This lowers the chances of a backup, and increases the longevity of the field.

Each time a septic tank is pumped by us, our drivers perform a visual check. We look for excessive sludge, excessive solids, plugged pipes (inlet & outlet) as well as clean the filter (if applicable)

We will let you know if anything is out of the ordinary and help you come up with a plan to keep your system healthy! 

Do you want someone who knows what they are looking at to take an honest look at the septic system on your property or a property you are interested in purchasing? 

We don't sell new systems and will not try and steer you one way or the other, just an honest assessment detailing if the system is working as designed, if it looks like there's been any deferred maintenance, and a list of things that may need to be looked at in the future to keep things running smoothly.

We work closely with an environmental engineering firm and can provide you with a letter of certification for Fraser Health or a city permit application.

When excess amounts of solids find their way into your septic field, usually due to a lack of pump out maintenance, a hydro-flush is a service we offer that can clean out the lines and get them going like new again. If the system hasn't been maintained for far too long and the damage is not repairable, we are well connected and can find you a contractor who can help replace the septic field.

Don’t know where your tank is? Need to find your distribution box? We use our sewer camera and a locator to find and see inside, any outdoor pipes over 2.5” in diameter.
