After working countless jobs from sales to trucking, Julian started working as a septic pumper for a local company and fell in love with the industry, the people, and the problem solving nature of the job. He started JW Septic in 2022 with one goal in mind - to deliver exceptional customer service, and do a 10/10 job every single time without compromise. In his spare time he enjoys working on off-road vehicles and European cars, fabricating parts, machining, playing golf, hunting, and exercising

Thomas is like family, mostly because he actually is family. Don't think he got hired on just because of that, though. Coming from a background in water filtration and well installation, his experience proves itself useful time and time again. He knows how to keep a positive attitude regardless of how tough a job can get and he doesn't know how to complain. In his spare time he likes shooting, hunting, golfing, working out, and catching a sunset.
